Nintendo announces online Splatoon 2 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournaments, with winners heading to PAX East

Fancy yourself as a top tier Splatoon or Smash player? Here’s your chance to prove it.

Nintendo today announced the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate North American Open 2019 and the Splatoon 2 North America Inkling Open 2019 tournaments, which are open to players from the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Qualifying events start in February, and winners will be heading to Boston to compete at PAX East on March 30, 2019.
